Dog Boarding & Daycare FAQs

General & The Onboarding Process

How to Inquire and Apply

Pawty Mansion is an exclusive, low-volume home sanctuary. Our attention is dedicated to the safety, comfort, and enrichment of the dogs in our care.

We do not handle inquiries or bookings by telephone. Our phone lines are permanently off to protect the peace and routine of the sanctuary. If you prefer a facility with a front desk receptionist and ongoing phone support, we kindly suggest exploring commercial kennel alternatives.

All prospective clients must begin with our online admission application. If your application aligns with our sanctuary’s model, we will contact you by email to schedule your mandatory two-hour unaccompanied assessment.

Can you give my dog their pills?

Yes—we’re happy to help with owner-provided pills when your dog will take them willingly in a suitable treat or food that you supply.

Please bring enough for every dose, along with clearly labelled medication and written dosing instructions. Check with your veterinarian that the medication can be given with your chosen food.

To keep your dog comfortable and protect both your dog and our team, we do not force a dog’s mouth open or place pills inside by hand. If your dog refuses a dose, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps rather than force them to take it.

If your dog requires medication, please provide a suitable way for them to take it willingly, such as a pill pocket or an appropriate food they readily accept. For your dog’s safety and comfort, we cannot accept their booking unless you provide this.

What should I bring for a day or night stay?
