Instead, every dog enjoys a calm, structured, home style environment where they can relax, feel secure, and receive individualized attention. Here, dogs sleep the way they would at home on human beds, sofas, or cozy dog beds, never behind bars or in isolated rooms.
Our luxury mansion setting offers a peaceful retreat that feels like family. And because dogs thrive with room to explore and decompress, we’re proud to offer the largest private outdoor play areas in Vancouver, nearly a full acre and an indoor playground featuring premium artificial turf for year round comfort and safe, weather proof play.

Every dog deserves care that is tailored to their unique needs. To provide that level of safety and attentiveness, we rely on complete honesty from pet parents during intake. The Behavioural Transparency Policy was created to ensure we have the behavioural information required to keep every guest secure, comfortable, and supported.
Even the most loving, well‑trained dogs can experience:
- Separation anxiety
- Escape or “runner” tendencies
- Prey drive
- Reactivity or fear‑based behaviours
- Stress in new environments
When these details are not disclosed, it limits our ability to protect your dog and others. The Behavioural Transparency Policy ensures we receive accurate behavioural information so we can implement the right safety measures from the moment your dog arrives.
What We Ask of Pet Parents
As part of the Behavioural Transparency Policy, all clients must:
- Report any behavioural concerns, past incidents, or tendencies
- Update us if behaviours change over time
- Be transparent about triggers, routines, and comfort strategies
This information is never judged - it simply allows us to care for your dog to the highest standard.
